Outside the of my of career,  I am dedicated to becoming a professional boxer, showcasing a commitment to both mental and physical prowess.”

Bliss Wellness Studio Rules and guidelines

  • Prior to participation, patients must go through a preparticipation screening and clearance procedure.
  • Prior to participation, all patients must be informed on common risks involved in the modality of training we provide, the proper execution of various exercises, and the possible consequences if improper technique is not used.
  • If a patient has an injury that inhibits a portion of the workout, the athlete/patient must receive a modified program from the trainer that describes which exercises should be avoided and which ones may be substituted.
  • Jewelry such as loose necklaces, bracelets, hanging earrings, and watches should not be worn.
  • Glass bottles, cans, alcohol, drugs, are not allowed in the studio; plastic bottles are accepted.
  • All guests, and non-participants in the workout, must remain at the front desk area unless being seen by dietitian or using restroom.
