Accepting the honor, Dr. Ortiz expressed deep gratitude to ICN, to his BLISS Health team, to his patients, and to the community affirming that every clinical effort is driven by a clear purpose: to help people experience their sexuality free of guilt, worry, or fear.

BLISS Health’s impact is amplified through its unique hybrid model. The organization collaborates closely with BLISS Cares, its nonprofit entity, helping ensure patients can access sexual health services with or without insurance and regardless of ability to pay when care is related to sexual health concerns.
